General shipping & tracking info

We ship all items through Etsy's system which automatically adds tracking to your package and notifies you with that information when it ships. US domestic orders generally take 3-5 days from the ship date to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days; arrival times are dictated by the customs/postal operation in your specific country.

Your item will ship within the time period specified in the item listing. Please take note of that when you purchase as some items are handmade on demand and can take many days to several weeks to complete. If you would like such an item as a gift and aren't certain if it can be completed in time, please get in touch with us! I We're always willing to work with you. ^_^

Please double check your shipping address!

It is crucial that you make certain the address you have listed with Etsy is correct and safe for parcel delivery. We do all of our shipping with Etsy and cannot be held responsible for packages that are misdirected due to incorrect address or stolen after delivery. If a package is returned to us, we're happy to send it to you again, but you will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.

Lost or stolen packages

It's our job to package your items securely and get them safely to the post office. When it ships, you will receive tracking information that enables you to follow your package digitally to its destination. Once it’s in transit, we have no control over it. If the tracking information shows the package as having been delivered, but you believe your package has been stolen, misplaced, or has gone missing for any reason, you MUST get in touch with your local post office. Once we deliver your package to the post office, we have fulfilled our shipping duties and cannot influence how the post office operates--especially during busy shipping seasons (like November and December).

Damaged or broken items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please get in touch with us before leaving negative feedback! It's not our intention to sell you less than perfect products, but occasionally things happen in transit beyond our control. We can't fix something we don't know about, so please message us!

We do our best to ensure our quality is top notch, sourcing reliable components for our jewelry and accessories; however, in the case that an item is not as impervious as we had intended, we will happily repair most items that do not withstand normal use within the first twenty days after it was marked delivered via our tracking information. Please get in touch with us before returning an item for repairs or leaving negative feedback.
