For UK buyers I ship using Royal Mail first class post.

For International buyers I ship Royal Mail Airmail.
The buyer is responsible for any custom fees that may be applicable.
I can send your package Royal Mail Airsure which includes a tracking service and gets to you a day quicker than standard airmail but you will have to pay an additional fee for this service.
I will ship to the paypal address, unless otherwise specified.

I do accept custom orders but because they are made to the individuals specific requirements, I am unable to offer a refund. Full payment will be required upfont.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you are ordering.
