All pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. I try to reuse and recycle packaging materials as much as possible. I wrap each piece with recycled bubble wrap or use green wrap or eco-friendly bubble wrap, inside a shipping cardboard box or a bubble mailer depending on the size of the piece.

The different categories group similar items, but as these are all hand made pieces, there will be differences in sizes, even under the same category. Please check for individual piece sizes at each listing.

Though I attempt to photograph my pieces so you can see how they look like as close as possible to real life, there are color differences on the different devises, so colors my vary.

Items that are READY TO SHIP will ship between 3-5 business days.

For MADE TO ORDER items please check with me for actual times, though it may take from 3 to 10 weeks for the items to be ready.

I take the time to write a complete description of my pieces including size, shape, weight as well as post photos from different angles so customers get a sense of what they will be getting before they buy it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. That said, I will make every attempt to accommodate reasonable requests.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item should be returned in its original condition, otherwise the buyer is responsible for full payment. If you are unsure how to pack an item, take it to a local pack and ship store for guidance.

Sale items, Seconds or custom orders can't be returned or exchanged.

In order to save paper, please print a copy of the invoice from Etsy if you must have one. If you ask me to, I would happily include a copy for you.
