As all of our products are made to order, and completely customised for you - our lead times vary from item to item. If you would like to enquire about a bespoke order, please send us a message with details of the project and the date in which you need it for. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to confirm our availability and send you a custom quote.

Some of our items are only available in the colour pictured. Calligraphy Ribbons can only be produced using gold paint at the moment. Printed products can be customised to any CMYK colour, and items like ribbon, wax seals and tassels can also be customised. Just get in touch to discuss your requirements, or ask us about purchasing samples.

We can allow for small adjustments on any of our items for the advertised price. If you would like to change a number of things (placement, typeface style, etc.), this would qualify as a custom order. Please see the above 'Custom and personalised orders' FAQ on how to enquire.

We offer a Rush Order service, depending on the size of your order and how quickly you need it. Rates start at £15 per stationery item. Just send us a message to find out if we can accommodate your request.

This depends on the nature of the design. If you have purchased a fully-customised item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We ask that any stationery is sent back to us via a Tracked service in order to issue a refund or exchange.
