4 out of 5 starsPrint is beautiful, but as it was delivered in a flat package (vs roll), the packaging style makes it unavoidably more prone to bending. That happened with my order as well. It’s not a huge problem, but a rolled print might not have suffered even the smaller dents I now have on my beautiful prints.

4 out of 5 starsPrints were delivered in flat package (vs roll) and although the package had a sign not to bend, a flat package is damaged easier than a roll. This was the case here also, unfortunately. Prints themselves are fantastic and delivery fast enough.

5 out of 5 starsThey are terrific… quality print job on quality paper… framed them in very nice natural wood poster frames from the Opposite Wall Store on Amazon. We’re empty nesters but my daughter frequently visits overnite and loves how we redid her room including 3 posters of cities she studied in (NYC, London, Prague)

How are the posters printed ?
Depending on the format, posters are printed on high quality 240g, 210g or 150g glossy or matte paper.
How are the posters delivered ?
This will be determined by the location and / or country of delivery of your package.
We send your orders by the delivery companies: Correos (to Spain) UPS or DHL (to North America - Europe - Asia) or Colissimo (to France).
Your poster will be delivered to you in a cardboard or cardboard box if you order more than 2 posters.

Product return or refund
Return or changes are not allowed.
For each order, we have the tracking code of delivery (communicated only on request of the customer) to follow the good routing of your order.
We agree to fully refund your order (after verification by us with the delivery company) in case of non-routing or loss of your order.
In case your product arrives with damages (with photograph to send us) during the shipment, we will send you a new poster (with the same design and the same size) without charge.
Who pays for customs fees ?
