Announcement    TO GET LONGER CUTS - For most fabrics, the first pull down menu will be size of cuts. The 2nd pull down menu is quantity. If you want 4 yards, you will choose the 2 yard option and then a quantity of 2 because 2 x 2 = 4. I will send a continuous 4 yards. If you need more of a fabric than it's showing as available, please message me. Often I have more than it shows. If you need an unusual size cut such as 5/8 yard, 1 1/3 yard, 3 1/4 yds, etc, please message for a custom listing.

*Fabric orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. My husband has had some serious medical problems recently, so there have been a couple of days where it was 2 days before I was able to ship orders, but this is rare.
*I only accept cancellations if I have not already cut your order. Once a fabric order is cut, I cannot cancel. In order to ship quickly, I often cut orders as soon as they come in. It is not at all uncommon for me to have an order cut within 5 minutes of the order being placed.
*Message on Etsy with any questions. I try to answer quickly.
* When you place an order, make sure the "ship to" address is correct. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping to have it shipped again to the correct address.
*Please note that I do not accept returns on cut fabric. If you have a problem with the fabric, message me. I will do my best to help resolve the situation. Please do not threaten me with your bank, the police, present or past US Presidents, or the possibility of horrible reviews. Such threats are unnecessary and very unprofessional. No shop owner wants their customers to be unhappy and we all do what we can to fix a problem. (And yes, myself and other shop owners that I know have all been threatened with each of these things).
*I do not tear fabric. The sound of fabric tearing is like nails on a chalkboard to me, so all fabric here is cut, not torn. When you receive your fabric, if you choose to tear it please note that I will not replace the fabric when, after tearing it, it's suddenly too short. Tearing the fabric ruins a 1/2 of fabric on either side of the tear, and it often makes the fabric look wonky. This is especially true with fat quarters.

Please note that I do not have any control over international shipping costs or the length of time it takes for international packages to arrive at their destination. I ship orders out very quickly, but depending on the US postal service and the postal service in your country, it may take longer than you'd prefer for your package to arrive.

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you do not have it, you will need to go to your post office and give them the tracking number. It is their responsibility to help locate the package. I cannot resend the order or issue a refund when it says delivered.

International customers - Due to the postal service losing or being very late on several packages, I strongly encourage you to purchase priority mail shipping so that your package will arrive quickly. Many countries will charge a custom's fee. I do not know how much the custom's fees are, nor do I know when they are charged. I am not responsible for these fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
