Promotions cannot be combined. Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items for an additional discount. I will accept a coupon code **instead** of the sale price if that gives the customer a greater discount. Just send me a convo if you want to use a coupon for an item that was placed "on sale" and I will reserve the item for you and take the item "off sale".

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly when printed versus what is seen on the screen due to monitor and printer variation in color. Please take this into consideration when ordering

If the product you ordered has a personalization or custom change I will send you a design proof for review and approval. I do not send design proofs for items that have not been altered from the original design.

All proofs are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order and are sent to you through Etsy. I provide up to 2 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required you may be charged a fee. Orders will not be printed or shipped until you have approved the design proof and answered any outstanding questions from the shop.

Most of my products will have a small logo printed on the backside. If you would like me to omit this from your purchased items, please request it upon check out.

All non-digital orders are shipped via the USPS and mailed via First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of the package. These shipping services generally take 2-3 business days. Once an item leaves the shop, On the Rail Designs is not responsible for transit time.

All orders will be sent to the address provided to me through Etsy, not the address in PayPal. Please check that your address is correct when you're checking out in Etsy.

Once a shipping label has been created for your order an email notification will be sent to you along with a tracking number for your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the USPS website.

If you need an item sooner than my standard shipping schedule please contact me BEFORE you place your order to ensure I can accommodate your request. Additional fees may be required.

Ultimately, I am not responsible for lost packages, however, if you have not received your package when expected I will do my best to work with you to recover lost items. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is an issue with the delivery of your order.
