My item has arrived damaged. What can be done?
Unfortunately, even with all of the precautions I take in packing fragile goods, occasionally a box can't withstand all of the bumps and bruises during travel. Therefore, shipping insurance is included with EVERY purchase.
In this situation, please contact me as soon as possible and send detailed photos of the broken item, inner packaging and outside box. This is required for insurance purposes. Due to increasing fraud, the insurance company may also require photos of the item being destroyed even further. I will follow-up with you to let you know what needs to be done to refund your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
In most cases, yes. Please send me a message and I will give you a quote according to your location and preferred shipping method. Please note that International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Although I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges, please message me in case there is something that we may be able to work out.
In my listings, I make every effort to take clear photographs in good lighting and from each angle. I also try to include approximate dimensions and note any flaws. Please be aware that computer monitors often show variances in the colors that are displayed; this is a factor out of my control. I am always happy to assist with any questions that may arise as you are browsing.

REUSE * REDUSE * RECYCLE
As owner of a vintage store, it only makes sense that I reuse packing & shipping materials whenever possible. Everything is always packed carefully and I never skimp on what's needed to keep your purchase protected during travel. I use recycled boxes whenever I can, along with recycled bubble wrap, packing paper, foam, etc.
