Do you accept custom orders?
I'm happy to accept custom and personalized orders and if a custom listing is not available, I will create one for you to place your order. Before creating the listing, please contact me to discuss the concept and colors.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the unique nature of handmade products, each return/exchange is handled on a case by case basis.
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If you aren't happy with what you ordered, please let me know right away and I will do everything I can to make it right.
What is your current processing time?
My processing time depends on the time of year and product. Existing listings will include the current processing time. Please be sure to double check this before you place your order. Ready to ship items are clearly marked as such and will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.
Processing time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. If your package is expected to ship over the weekend, it will be shipped out the following Monday.
What are your shipping policies?
I ship all items through USPS - you can make your shipping speed selection at checkout. For international shipping, please contact me and I would be happy to see if I can accommodate your request. Ready to ship items will be processed within 3 to 5 days of purchase.
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. If you contact me after you place an order to correct an address, I can't guarantee that the address will be changed in time for shipment.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because you have not picked it up, I will not be responsible for paying to ship the package a second time. You will have to cover any additional shipping.
