Please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive before contacting me.
Royal Mail deliveries are taking longer than the usual 1-2 days due to the current situation.
I can not guarantee you will receive your order by a particular date. No refund will be issued for orders delayed in transit!
Please expect RM delays during this busy time! Allow at least a week before contacting me as I am very busy in my workshop.
Replacements / refunds for parcels lost/delayed in the post can only be processed AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS from the original delivery due date (AFTER 25 WORKING DAYS for international orders)

Frequently asked questions
How do I give you the personalisation instructions?
There is no need to request a custom order. Simply order as normal and leave a message in the 'Personalisation' field or 'Note to seller' field (during Etsy checkout) stating what you would like me to engrave on.
Care instructions
Leather bracelets: Make sure you protect the bracelet from water. This is very important as water will strip the oils from the leather, it will then stiffen and eventually crack.
Magnetic clasp bracelets: the magnet in the stainless steel clasp contains iron which will rust if exposed to water reducing the effectiveness of the clasp.
Sizing details
Leather bracelets: available in 3 lengths to fit a wrist of 6.5", 7" or 7.5". If you require a different size, please ask. Select the correct size according to your ACTUAL wrist measurement (do not add extra), I will add a little extra for a comfortable fit.
Custom and personalised orders
Can I add more rings to my leather bracelet?
It's possible but it very much depends on the type of bracelet you've purchased. Please message me to discuss the options.
When will my order arrive?
My production time is 3 BUSINESS days.
Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive, I can not guarantee it will arrive by a particular date. No refund will be issued for orders delayed in transit.
Due to the current situation, Royal mail service takes longer than the standard one to two days.
RM will only class parcels as lost after 15 BUSINESS days from the original delivery date. After this period has passed, I can offer a replacement or a full refund if undelivered.
How do I leave a review?
Etsy will only let buyers leave a review after a certain period of time has passed from the original delivery date.
If you are unable to leave a review, please come back in a few days time.

On Etsy.com or the Etsy app, click You.
Click Purchases and reviews.
Find the item you want to review.
Click the star rating you want to give next to Review this item.
Add at least five words of text to describe the item and/or the service you received.
If you left a five-star review, you can upload an optional picture.
