Payment
once payed for the only way I will give refunds is if you cancel your order before I start work, if I have started the work I will finish it and post it to you. If you decide you don't want it anymore I will not take the item back, you will have to find it a loving home :)
Shipping
I can't guarantee delivery times they're subject to the postal service. The P&P cost is in the listing and differs from item to item, depending on size/weight. I send items standard to lower costs, each item should be packed carefully to avoid damage. International customs are your responsibility.

No returns or refunds---This is because I am a student working from her bedroom and cannot afford to refund or accept returns.
