I changed my mind; can I cancel my order?

Yes I do accept cancellations, but cancellation request have to be received before your order has shipped. After the order has shipped an order cannot be cancelled.

I changed my mind but my order was already shipped/delivered; can I return my order?

I do accept return (but not for customized items). Return request have to be received within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and MUST return the item unused, unopened and in its original packaging (for obvious sanitary reasons no used items can be returned). You will be responsible for any loss in value if the item isn't returned in original condition. Once package is received by me I will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Any package that is returned to me due to an incorrect or out of date address I can either refund you minus the original shipping cost or I can re-ship (only after I get that returned package back to me) but the additional shipping charges will be your responsibility.

I changed my mind; can I exchange one or more of the items in my order?

No I do not do exchanges, you can either cancel your order or return it if it was already shipped/delivered.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Estimated delivery dates are available below the item descriptions depending on you location. Estimated delivery dates will also be displayed on you order. I am not responsible for delays due to Covid other unrelated postal service disruptions (weather...).

IMPORTANT Estimated delivery dates are valid only if your shipping address is correct, I am not responsible for delays due to an incorrect or out of date address.
If your package is misdelivered or lost because you entered an incorrect or out of date address, it is your responsibility and I will not refund or replace your order.

As a seller on Etsy marketplace I MUST ship to the address provided on the order. Please double check the shipping address prior to submitting an order!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do offer international shipping, juts be aware that delivery can take 2 month or more for international destination. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or Covid.
Also note that USPS is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.

If you place an order and your country is in this list then I will be cancelling your order and Etsy will reimburse you.

I received my international package, but I had to pay taxes on it, can you reimburse me?

No I cannot reimburse customs and import taxes as buyers are responsible for all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Please check before ordering what customs and import taxes are for your country to avoid unpleasant surprises.

My package tracking says it was delivered but I have not received it, what can be done?

The first thing to do is contact me and let me know. I will contact USPS to inquire and get the GPS coordinate where the delivery took place. In the meantime please also check with neighbors and anybody in your household, in most cases the package has been received by someone else, and sometimes packages are scanned before being actually delivered and will show up a day or 2 after the tracking says delivered.

If package has been delivered at the address provided at checkout based on USPS GPS coordinates and you still do not have it after 2-3 days after I inquire with the PO, you can then open a case with Etsy to get a refund.

I want to send a gift can you wrap my order and send it to the person I am gitfing it to?

I do not offer gift wrapping, but if you mark your order as a gift I will not include a packing slip with the prices, only the page containing your personalized message (if you entered any) and who the gift is from.
I am happy to ship your item as a gift to a different address than yours, however you must enter the correct address and recipient at checkout, as a seller on Etsy marketplace I MUST ship to the address provided on the order.
