WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
I use only high-quality materials, from the tumblers to the glitter to the epoxy. All tumblers are stainless steel, double wall, vacuum insulated with a plastic lid (most lids slide open and closed). Some styles of tumblers come with straw designed just for that size tumbler. The tumblers keep your hot drinks hot/cold for several hours. The glitter that I use is a high-quality polyester glitter that is UV resistant and solvent resistant, which means that it will never dull. I use a high quality, FDA compliant, Food Safe, 2-part Epoxy Resin, Counter Culture DIY Epoxy, which leaves a smooth, glass-like shine.
HOW ARE THE TUMBLERS MADE?
Tumblers are made to order, for each customer. This means that you get to choose the design, color(s), decal, and style of your tumbler from top to bottom! Each tumbler is custom handmade & unique. I start with a naked tumbler (bare stainless steel) and apply the materials to create the design. All work is done by hand with paint or loose glitter, alcohol inks, decals, etc.... I do not use spray glitter or glitter dip tumblers. I use the most beautiful, high quality glitters available. The tumbler is sealed with multiple layers of epoxy. This means that your tumbler will have a smooth, glossy, durable finish. No glitter flaking off, no colors fading, no paint chipping off, only a glossy finish over sparkling glitter or paint!
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Many orders are custom made and personalized for each customer. You can choose from a design I have already done (at no extra charge). You can also create one of your own or send me a screenshot of a design you like. You can tell me exactly what you would like, and I will make it happen. Designs that I do not currently have files for are an additional $5. I would love to work with you to make your tumbler exactly as you would like it!
CAN YOU MAKE TUMBLERS WITHOUT GLITTER?
Yes! I can paint and airbrush the tumbler. I can also use alcohol inks to paint a tumbler. I have many colors/shades of paint available. If you need a specific color, ask and I will let you know what I have to match.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?
I do offer discounts on bulk orders. Bulk orders include at least 5 of the same designs. For example, tumblers with company logo and a name on the back, pencil tumblers with teacher names, bridal sets, etc. The larger the bulk order, the larger the discount. Message me if you have questions about bulk orders. I’d be glad to let you know what I can do to help with pricing.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround time varies due to each tumbler being handmade and the number of orders currently in line for completion. Average turnaround time is currently between 2-4 weeks. This can increase/decrease at any time depending on how many orders I receive. It always increases around holidays. I do not sacrifice quality to push orders out the door. So when I get busy, I increase my turnaround time to make sure that each tumbler is up to my high standards. Tumblers need a sufficient amount of time to cure to ensure durability. I do my best to get your order out in a timely manner, if you have a specific deadline (birthday, vacation, holiday, etc) please let me know so I can be sure to let you know if I can guarantee your order will arrive in time.
DOES THE GLITTER COME OFF?
Nope! No flaking glitter or paint and no peeling decals. The outside of the tumbler is sealed with multiple layers of epoxy. The result is a glass-smooth, durable, waterproof finish.
I ALREADY HAVE A STAINLESS STEEL TUMBLER, CAN YOU JUST USE MINE?
I do not currently offer a Bring Your Own Tumbler option. If you would like to use the Yeti name brand for your tumbler, I can order one for you for the additional difference in tumbler cost. The same goes for any other name brand tumbler or style of tumbler you would like.
CAN I PUT MY CUP IN THE DISHWASHER?
Just like other stainless steel drinkware, tumblers are not recommended to be used in the dishwasher. All the drink ware items are hand wash only, no dishwasher, microwave, or soaking.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY TUMBLER?
To ensure that your tumbler stays amazing, please take note of the following care instructions: DO NOT soak, HANDWASH only, NOT dishwasher safe, NOT microwave safe, Handle with care. Keep in mind the epoxy and stainless steel are very strong and durable; however, tumblers are susceptible to gravity and can crack or chip if dropped on a hard surface, just like a glass would break or stainless steel would dent. However this is not at all a common occurrence when the tumbler is handled with care. The bottom of the tumbler is left stainless steel to help it become a little more durable for this reason.
