Delicate cycle or hand wash.
Hand wash is recommended for flannel with loose weave because they shrink a lot.
Hang to dry.
Iron on the wrong side at medium temperature.

Do not iron. Moving the iron back and forth over the fabric will create more stretching. Instead, press the fabric by holding the iron in place for a few seconds, then lifting, and do not use the steam setting.
Use a fine-toothed comb on frayed areas to keep them looking clean and smooth.
