I was expecting the shirt to be a round neck instead of the v neck not loving it

I'm extremely disappointed. I bought 4 adult bowties that were supposed to be 5.5 in in length and none of them even come close to that. In fact the smallest one I got was about 3.5 in long. I understand they are all made to order but if if I'm ordering 4 of them I expect them to be all around the same size. All together from ordering to receiving my order it took two weeks. Very fast response but nothing of what I ordered. It does look like the photo but why give options of size if there is no attention to the size ordered.

I'm pretty disappointed in the set of bows. I completely understand that hand made things take time to make, ship, arrive, etc. However, these took much longer than the shops current stated turn around time. Upon receiving them the real disappointment set in. They're not worth what I paid. I had to remove quite a bit of hot glue from most every bow. Several of the bows have spots where they were not cut properly. They look somewhat sloppy as if they were made in a hurry with little attention to final detail. I honestly wouldn't purchase from this shop again. All in all, the bows are wearable but look a bit sloppy and rushed (even though they took their time to ship and arrive).

Still haven't received my package and I order July 17th, is that common?

Two bows weren't glued together properly but I was able to fix them.
