5 out of 5 starsShipping was great..tracked the order from the time of purchase until it arrived. Packaging was great and arrived without damage. THE BEST PART was taking the wallpaper from the container. The quality was good. I purchased the canvass with adhesive back. Initially, I thought I would have to determine the order in which to hang them. But after looking closer, they were numbered in small font on the bottom! Make certain the wall is all the same color. I recently painted the adjacent walls white and overlapped a few inches. Although the quality of the wallpaper is good, I could see the change in color under the wallpaper slightly. With soft white lighting,it's hard to see. With LED its a bit more noticeable. The seller was prompt in responses and pleasant to work with! I put the wallpaper up the day I received it!! Gorgeous!!

Can you do a sample size?
Yes, you can order a sample so that you will be able to see the colors, adhesion, texture, etc.
Which paper should I choose?
We have two options. First, peel and stick(self-adhesive) wallpaper doesn’t require any additional items. You can easily install it with instructions even if you didn’t use any wallpapers. The advantage of this material is that you can easily change wallpaper often.
The other alternative is traditional(non-woven) wallpaper. This option requires additional glue. We don’t send glue with the order. You can use any glue for wallpapers. It’s more durable in humidity areas.
Can wallpaper be glued to any surfaces besides the wall?
Peel and stick wallpaper can be glued to any flat surface.
Can you do special orders like size or design?
Yes, we can make personal orders that can be with both special measurements and patterns. All you have to do is to contact us.
How long does my order process?
When you order, we start to make digital works. After, we will print and package your order. All of these processes take maximum of 3 to 5 business days, under normal conditions.
What shipping companies do you work with and how long does shipping take?
We are working with FedEx, UPS, and TNT. For the USA, Canada, and European countries, generally, it takes 2 to 5 business days. For other countries we ship, it takes a little bit higher.
How do I place an order?
You must measure your wall precisely. Second, choose a pattern in our shop according to your desire or send us your special pattern. Then, we will send you a review to see how the pattern fit the scale of your measurement. If you confirm, we will open a special variation and you will be able to place your order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the tracking number will available from the shipping carrier, we enter this number on Etsy immediately so that you can track it on the Etsy panel.
How do I clean my wallpaper?
You can clean with a wet cloth gently.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All of our products are produced in line with customer demands. For this reason, we are not able to take returns.
For products damaged during the shipping process, if you contact us by taking a photo as soon as you open the package, we will reproduce the damaged parts and deliver them to you.
Do not worry if you damage the products during application. The printing data of the produced wallpapers are kept by us for 6 months. If you can provide the number of the damaged panel, we will prepare the product for you.
