Awful has a big imperfection was told is would ship on a Saturday contacted in Tuesday’s told me she will ship it out then her kids were sick. Told her I was unhappy with the sign and she did nothing about it

The sign is great! The quality is top notch and I can't wait to hang it up in our new home. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because it shipped several days late. I contacted the seller who was very quick to respond, but it seemed as though she forgot about my order. Not a huge deal, but slightly disappointing that it took so long to arrive.
