My shop is currently closed because I'm attending Holiday Matsuri at table L3!

Currently my attention is mainly focussed on my personal shop which I'm not allowed to directly link to but if you need something from me I'll be reachable there or through twitter/tumblr. Etsy will maybe reopen in the future but it's low priority and the prices will be higher since I've had too many negative experiences with the platform.

Why does my charm look foggy or have scratches/bubbles?

That's a protective film for the charm to protect it during production and transit! Please peel it off to reveal a beautiful shiny charm beneath :)

Is that film SUPPOSED to be there?

Yes, definitely! Please peel it off to see the charm in its intended glory.

My item says delivered but I don't have it?

Unfortunately once I drop off the parcels to the post office I am no longer in control of them or what happens to them. If there's an issue with the post or delivery please contact your local post office! They can help you out :)

I mailed you 2 hrs ago and you haven't replied yet!!

Yes! Unfortunately I also work another full-time job in the hospitality business which is quite physically and emotionally draining, so sometimes it takes me a little bit longer to answer messages (or if I'm away at a convention with limited internet access.)

When will my item ship?

Each item has a processing time on the listing! I ship on Fridays or Saturdays, and I've accounted for that in these processing times. In-stock items will ship weekly on either Friday or Saturday. Orders containing a pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock, thank you!
