PLEASE READ: You will see from my feedback that I had a few months with some order processing issues. ALL orders WILL arrive in time for Christmas. All headbands other than personalized ones are ready to ship. Custom headbands will take a 1 day turnaround. All orders will ship by December 19. OR I can ship with Priority mail by 12/21.

1 out of 5 starsI coordinated an order of team headbands in April. (I started this process in January). After many promises of shipping the very next Monday, we STILL have not received these headbands. It is JUNE!!!!! Our season is over. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, with several contacts of being nice, but his is not right. Please please please send our headbands!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered 11 headbands in February for my daughter's softball team. They arrived mid-April. One girl joined the team late. Ordered her headband on March 25th. She created the shipping label on April 7th. It arrived today, May 26th, exactly TWO MONTHS after I ordered and paid for the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM MARISA WITHOUT A TWO MONTH LEAD TIME. The headband itself is wonderful. It's May 26th! Put your orders for Christmas in today and you may just have it in time!

3 out of 5 starsI finally recieved this after almost a month, and several attempts to contact the owner went unanswered. Her listing stated a 7 day turn around, and after about 3 weeks of hearing nothing I tried contacting her, and finally had to open a case with etsy. A few days later I finally heard from her, and she said it would ship the next day, which it did not. I gave it 3 stars because my daughter was very happy with the headband (even though it did not arrive in time for her birthday). Even though the product was nice, I don't believe I would order again due to the hassle and lack of communication by the seller.

1 out of 5 starsNEVER RECIEVED PRODUCT NOR DID I GET A REFUND. I recieved a tracking number however one was only printed and not shipped. I contacted seller and she assured me it would go out the very next day. It did not. All other emails were ignored and unanswered. ZERO STARS FOR LACK PRODUCT, STEALING MY MONEY, AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. (and for the record, I gave her the opportunity to ship my product or give me my money back by the end of the week, after waitng 6 weeks, for product so I wouldnt have to write this... ignored. again) ..... its making me give a star... doesnt even deserve the one star

While I do understand this buyers frustration, I did not STEAL money from her. In fact, this order was fully refunded and I still sent the buyer her headband.

3 out of 5 starsI am happy with the headband, however shipping took a very very long time and I had to open up a dispute. I bought this item on Feb. 10, 2015 and received it on March 25, 2015. I would suggest that the seller makes her headbands prior to selling them. I really didn't know what was going after several emails to the seller and no response. I don't know if I would buy from this seller again.........

This feedback is correct in terms of the order turnaround time. I make every order custom because most orders require customization, as a result there are some waves when order turnaround time is affected. I always fulfill every order that I receive. I have been a seller on etsy for almost 8 years. This buyer also didn't mention that I included a free headband in her order as a way of apologizing for the delay on the order.
