Discoloration when printing
Due to variations in individual printers, ink types, and device display settings, colors can look slightly different when printed out. If this is the case, check your ink levels or consider recalibrating the color settings on your printer or display.
I'm happy to try and answer questions on this issue if you need further assistance.
Problems with files
Digital files can always be downloaded through this link while signed into Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
If you purchased your files as a guest, the link to download will be in your invoice email.

Accidentally buying duplicates
I offer some of my individual printable listings in combined packs. If you happen to accidentally purchase the same sheets twice, send me a message and I can refund you for the duplicates without an issue.
Please read the listing descriptions of combined packs to verify which sheets are included prior to purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchase, I am always happy to clarify!
Returns on digital purchases
I do not offer returns on digital purchases that have already been downloaded, since digital files cannot be returned. Please contact me prior to downloading the files if you would like to cancel.
All sheets that are included in every listing are detailed in the item description.
Working hours
I am located in New York, USA (EST time zone), so any responses to messages will take place during the waking hours in my time zone (9am-9pm). Outside of those hours I may not get back to you right away, but you WILL get a response!
Please note that if you are in a time zone with a significant time difference (e.g., +/- 12 hours) there may be a more significant gap in responses. Be sure to let me know ahead of time if you can so I can do my best to accomodate!
