Shipping
Items are shipped in 1 to 2 working days after payment is received.
Please check your shipping address. I cannot be responsible for an incorrect address.
I ship via Bulgarian Posts with registered air mail. The shipment will be sent by priority and registered mail. I ship from Bulgaria and it usually takes 5-10 days for Europe and 10 - 20 business days or a few days more for USA.
Canada: 10-20 business days
Japan: 10-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-30 business days
*(For the US and Canada, packages addressed to the West coast may take a few days longer than East Coast, hence the 10 days difference in the average times stated above)

What type of paper do I print out?
A bright white paper or card stock will give you the best color contrast and crispness.
My images or previews are blank, white?
If the clipart color is white then it will look blank in the preview image, once it is opened you will see the white clipart on a transparent background.
