We can accommodate most requests for alterations to our current items. We are not currently taking commissions for completely customized items. For example if you see a brooch you like but you'd like it better as a necklace, just let us know and we can probably make that happen. Our polymer clay items are hand sculpted so no two are exactly alike, but we can make you something similar.

Personalization is available on some items. If you are interested in personalizing an item please inquire before purchasing.

Polymer clay is a very durable material, once cured it becomes plastic.
Some pieces do have delicate pieces or shapes. As with most handmade items, we would encourage you to take good care of your purchase. Please don't wear it in the shower, swimming or use it to crack walnuts.

All of our polymer clay items are hand sculpted so there are no two exactly alike. We work diligently to create quality pieces, but due to the handmade nature of our products we cannot guarantee perfection. Our clothing is printed manually in Canada and designed by us.

We try to use nickel free findings when possible. Nickel Free items refer to the plating on the metal, the interior metal may contain nickel. Most of our nickel free findings & chains are iron based. We recommend that jewelry not be worn overnight or while bathing/swimming etc. to avoid any excessive wear to the plating.

Please check the item descriptions to be sure the item you are interested in is nickel free, if it's not and you need it to be, just ask, and in most cases we can make it happen.

The only guaranteed way to avoid nickel reactions is to upgrade your item to sterling silver chain & findings. We can usually accommodate this, just inquire and we can let you know if it's an option and quote you a revised price.

Due to the possible colour variation between each person's computer monitor the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual colour of an item. If you are trying to perfectly coordinate an outfit, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

-Our standard shipping method for US customers is Canada Post Small Packet - Air. For flat items this method takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive. shipments of rings, cufflinks, and anything over 2cm tall to the US can take 2-3 weeks. International shipments take approximately 3 weeks

Please double check your shipping address. If the shipping address you provide to us is incorrect. You will be responsible for the cost of any additional cost to re-ship your items to you.

In the case that your parcel does not arrive within the standard shipping times, it is our policy to wait an additional 14 days before reshipping an item or issuing a refund.

Every country has a different set of import and export policies. Our shipping fees do not include any possible fees or tariffs that your country may charge for your shipment. Our products ship from Canada, you can consult with your post office or government website to find out more information about any possible import fees. As a registered business we cannot ship items marked as gifts.

Items purchased locally (in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada) are eligible for free shipping, just message us with the items you are interested in and we will create a reserved listing for you!
