How long will my order take to arrive?
All domestic orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier. Your order will be sent using a tracked service, and should arrive within 1-3 business days of despatch. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships!
International orders are shipped with NZ Post. For international orders, delivery is estimated at 6-10 business days. This however is an estimate only and may be longer during holiday periods. If your order hasn’t arrived, please don't hesitate to contact us.
