I am excited to announce that I just finished 2 successful Moh’s surgeries for skin cancer on my face (I grew up at the Jersey Shore back when there was no sun screen so sometimes I need surgery). I also just had a successful Cornea Scraping on my eye and i will be ready to create your special collages for a fantastic Christmas present on Tuesday, November 28th. My eyes will be ready to create your collages and when I create them with your precious photos, I show you what I made for your input. Get your orders in for your special personalized tote bag presents. I have plenty of bags with Black, Navy Blue, Royal Blue or Red trim. Helen

I am ready to make your very special Remembering Flag, Photo Tote Bag, Photo Apron, Photo Pillow, and your personal photo collages printed on cotton fabric. My grandchildren keep me busy just a few days a week now, so I am ready to create the beautiful collages with your personal photos for yourself or for your very special personal gifts. I can send it to “You” or directly to the person who will receive your personal gift. I mail all PHOTO tote bags, pillows, aprons, flags and fabric panels USPS Priority Mail with tracking. The adhesives used in USPS stamps is biodegradable, and the Priority Mail Envelopes are fully recyclable. So they can go right in the recycling bin.
Each product is custom made with your precious photos so it takes between one and two weeks to complete. I always send images of the completed collage or individuall photo for your approval before I print. I look forward to creating beautiful collages with your precious photos. First weekday since June that I am not babysitting one or more grandchildren. I sure have been busy working with the Elementary age grandchildren on lots of educational activities while they were with me.
Updated all of my listings for shipping today. I will mail all packages USPS Priority with tracking. I do recommend that you order ahead if it is a special gift because the post office has had many shipments delayed (I have no control over this)... I can make a personal photo collage, tote bag, pillow, flag, etc.... usually within a 2 week window. I must update my MAC due to new Etsy requirements, hoping Photoshop will still work... I wil know within the next few days.
Slow down could take place if the grandchildren need to go back to virtual learning. I do watch my three year old grandchild 3 days a week right now.
I still have limited time to make a photo quilt that takes much longer to create... but I am ready to make the personal gifts with the collages, tote bags, aprons, flags and pillows hopefully after the weekend after I update my MAC and Photoshop. I’ll update my progress this weekend..

Having a fantastic very busy summer... with several of my grandchildren... for the month of July. We are enjoying many activities daily within a few hours of travel, have lots of actives loaded with science inside and outside my house, including a bouncy house, water slide, air hockey gave, and swing sets. Also spending time reviewing math skills learned in their “virtual school” for over a year and enjoying trips to the local library to check out books too. My office has been converted to a kids activity room with my workspace moved to a makeshift area upstairs. WHICH MEANS ... I can not guarantee completing orders during the month of July... I hope you are enjoyng your summer time!!!

Busy making photo totebags and photo aprons for Mother’s Day Gifts and their is still time to have your special gift to be delivered for Mother’s day ,,,. If you would like a special present mailed in time for Mother’s Day, please order no later than Saturday, May 2nd so I have time to create your personal photos into a beautiful collage. i have everything I need in stock and print shipping labels from home. I am mailing many of the orders directly to the recepient this year, including a note with your special words. I have created thousands of photo collages with up to 8 of your precious photos, and sometimes with just one very important photo. It makes a beautiful present. Message me if you have any questions. Updated my shop today to include Free Shipping. I also updated listings using “Variations” to make the cost of each product easy to find. I spend several days babysitting my grandchildren, but no longer travel cross country because my son is at the Pentagon now, I live in Maryland. Quilts may take longer to make, the grandchildren limit my space to safely piece the quilt together. I am excited as the holiday season approaches and continue to create the Rememberning Flags with precious photos of a Fallen Hero for Gold Star Families. Today I am taking my last cross country trip to help with the 3 grandchildren in Washington State. I will be there to help with their move to Washington, DC where my Navy son will have his next set of orders. The 3 grandchildren will be staying with my husband and I for most of the summer and I will have limited time to work on ETSY orders. Please message me before you place an order. Thank you, Helen

Each order is so special to me because I work with your photos and logos to make your purchase everything you are hoping for. I share my work as I create your product so you have plenty of opportunities for your input...

I am working on all orders for Christmas. I have made many collages, all require input approval from the buyer before I can print the fabric panel, sew and ship. I will take my last Christmas orders thru Monday, DECEMBER 11th to ensure delivery. I am also anticipating my daughter's delivery, she is expecting her first baby on December 21st and I want to make sure all my orders are completed as my granddaughter's arrival approaches.

I am spending November 17 thru November 27, 2017 with my three little grandchildren and will not be available to work on orders until Tuesday, November 28... still having plenty of time to complete photo tote bags, aprons, flags, pillows, pillowcases and photo collages for the holidays. Today I was adding a new Pillowcase and looked at my Announcement updates and realized that I travel cross country every month, sometimes twice a month to babysit the grandchildren and since I have a workroom home in Maryland and at my son's house in Washington I can complete most orders within 2 weeks. Photo Quilts will require more time.

I have 4 summer round trip cross country tickets for my monthly trips from Maryland to Washington... babysitting the 3 little grandchildren. I leave Monday, June 26 for the first trip. I have a workshop at my son's house too and can continue to make "Photo" Garden flags, Remembering Flags, Tote bags, Aprons, Pillow cases, Pillows and Fabric panels... but it could take up to 2 weeks to complete and mail.

Heading back home after a very busy 2 weeks of babysitting and ready for Etsy orders. Once I have your photos, you should have your pillow, flag, apron or tote bag complete within a week. If you are ordering a quilt, once your photo collages are made, your quilt can be sewn within two weeks.

04/29/2017 I am finishing several Mother's Day orders this weekend, then I will be traveling back to Seattle to spend time with the grandchildren. I can still accept orders but there is no guarantee that photo gifts can be completed by Mother's Day.

12/27/2016 I am back from a wonderful two weeks with family in Washington State. It was a special time with three little grandchildren living on the west coast missing their trips to Grandma's in Maryland. I am ready for orders for the new year, photo tote bags and photo aprons especially make a great personal gift all year long and I am always ready to make a precious Remembering Flag. I look forward to your questions !!!

12/12/2016 It has been a wonderful BUSY time and I will need to wait until January 1, 20017 to accept new orders . I have a few orders to complete before my three little grandchildren will need lots of Grandma time. Living in three different states for the last three Christmas holidays, and the two states I have lived in, we have lots of new places to explore during their vacation from school and day care <3

Today I am mailing the Remembering Flag I made yesterday, creating a precious collage for a new Remembering Flag, mailing the beautiful pillow case I made for a Gold Star child, a beautiful Gold Star Wife and daughter we connected with through Operation Ward 57, and working on my Etsy orders, two tote bags, 2 aprons and one pillow, all filled with precious photos of people and/or their pets. And... I will be working on my grand daughter's special order for her teachers, tote bags with a holiday card she is creating for each present. 8/03/2016 I am back home in Maryland after babysitting the grandchildren for 2 months. It was a wonderful experience while my Navy son and his wife moved cross country for their new orders. I am ready to make your special tote, quilt, apron, flag, etc. or print a fabric panel for your own project... with your favorite photos and text...

6/14/2016 Today I finished several tote bags, pillow cases, pillows and aprons. Thursday I begin babysitting the grand children more frequently as my Navy son and daughter-in-law transition from the East Coast to the West Coast. My daughter's wedding was amazing, perfect weather with fantastic family and friends, and now the focus is on a wedding in August, I also have a son getting married. I will always continue making Remembering Flags for Gold Star Families but my other orders make take longer to fill.

5/2/2016 Today I finished 10 photo tote bags, orders for Mother's Day gifts. I now need time to work on a few projects for my daughter's wedding in our back yard June 4th. I will continue making Remembering Flags and duplicate Remembering Flags but I will need to wait on creating photo tote bags, pillows, aprons and quilts for the month of May. Please message me if you have a special request that you need ASAP.
