The sizes of my items are included in the description of the item. Each item is measured tip to tip from the longest stem, ribbon tail or other object in the wreath or arrangement before it is listed in my Etsy shop. If measurements are crucial, please message me for confirmation.

I use quality materials in everything I list in my shop. It is very important to me that my wreaths are neat and professional. I try to make sure that all glue, stems, wire and anything that is sharp is covered with either silk flower leaves, sheet moss, or something similar that looks nice and neat. In most cases I use both wire and glue when securing items, decorations and signs to my wreaths. Your new wreath should last at least several seasons with proper care. Make sure you place your wreath on a door that is covered with an overhang. When you know a severe storm with heavy wind and rain are approaching, it is best to remove your wreath until the storm has passed. Sun fading will happen over time. Store covered in a cool, dry place.

My wreaths are secured to a sturdy box to prevent movement in shipping. I take extra care with packaging so that your wreath arrives in the beautiful condition in which it left my shop. Occasionally, damage can and does happen during shipment even when everything possible has been done to prevent it. If this happens, please take a picture of the damaged box and wreath, and send it to me immediately.

If you are purchasing a wreath as a gift, I will be happy to include a note or card.

Free shipping is to the lower 48 states and APO/IPO addresses only. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be much more expensive. Please contact me for a quote to these areas BEFORE buying. Shipping can easily exceed $35.00, especially to mid or western states. At this time, I use FedEx for all my shipping, because they are the least expensive. Shipping FedEx requires a physical RESIDENTIAL address. All items are shipped with insurance.

Shipping to the south and east coast is usually 2 business days, middle and northern states, 3-4 business days and shipping to the west coast is usually 4-5 business days. Plan your purchases with this in mind when you are trying to meet a deadline, ie, a birthday or holiday.
Delivery can be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather, which is out of my control.

I stand behind my work 100%, but these are handmade items and there could be a time when a wreath or item may have a defect. In that event, you may exchange that item in its original packaging, only, for another wreath of the same value, or be refunded the full purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until the item is shipped back to Rhonda Carrier Designs. Contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item.
