Frequently asked questions
How much time it will take to receive my order ?
Every print is made on order. I don't have stock since every customer picks different designs. I make weekly orders every weekend and send them a few days after, usually mid week. Shipping time ads up top this, usually 8 to 10 days for Europe and up to 20 days for the rest of the world. Add shipping upgrade with tracking if you want insurance and a faster shipping delay. In most cases with regular shipping rate, your order will take at least 3 weeks to arrive, up to a month for USA, Australia and New Zealand. Contact me if your order is still missing after a full month after you placed it.
When should I order for a Christmas gift ?
To make sure you'll receive your order before Christmas, please allow an extra week processing due to the amount of orders i took care during this period. Add the standard processing and shipping time. This leads to about 5 weeks to receive your order. Therefore, make SURE to place your order before the 15th of November.
Can I request a faster order for birthday ?
When placing your order, add a note saying it's for a birthday and specify the date. Please, makes sure to place the order at least 3 weeks before the date and make SURE send me a conversation with the name, age and date of birth of the person. I will send you order as fast as i can. If a birthday order doesn't mention birthday in the note or message, it will be considered as regular order with no birthday note and regular processing time of a full month.
