It's also super sturdy and good quality; I am constantly opening/ closing. rearranging my TN, so this folder is perfect for my needs. There were some postal delays (purely because of COVID/ out of anyone's control), and Jolene was really quick to respond to my message about tracking info, which I very much appreciated :)
