I am currently on maternity leave, but with the help of family, I'm able to ship orders for items that I've already made! Please note however, that because I'm taking care of a new baby Mouseketeer, I will not be able to take custom orders or quickly restock items once they're sold out.

About me: I'm a HUGE theme park fan. I'm a Magic Key holder at Disneyland, former Annual Passholder at Disney World, and Pass Member at Universal Hollywood! I enjoy designing and making fun mouse ears and hats as a hobby. But it is a hobby after all, and I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding that I’m making these by hand outside of my regular, full-time job.
If you have a special deadline for your trip, please send me a message before you purchase, to see if it’s possible to produce your item in time. I’d always like to make it work if I can!
For the most part, I've based the designs on concepts of each character's colors, themes and recognizable objects from their stories, instead of displaying the literal faces of the cartoons on the fabric. Think of bounding...with mouse ears!
In addition to characters, I love playing with fun fabrics for festive occasions like Lunar New Year or Halloween. Each set of ears is hand-made by me, and I like to stuff them with Poly-Fil to make them slightly puffy.
Headbands are satin-wrapped and perfectly comfortable for both big kids through adults. Baby headbands are made of a polyester stretch fabric. And check out all the hats I now have in stock! Straw beach hats, bucket hats, and baseball caps.
Please keep in mind that because items currently ship out in 1-2 business days, I cannot accept cancellations. Any returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days of delivery, for new, unused items (with tags, if applicable) only for issues related to damage, sizing, incorrect/inaccurate items or late deliveries. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Any cancellations must be requested within two days of placing the order.

Care instructions
For hats and headbands, use just a small bit of dish or laundry detergent for spot cleaning. Please do NOT put any item in a washing machine or dryer, as that will result in the Poly-fil inside the ears to come out.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Beautiful gift boxes are available to be shipped with your gift inside, during the holidays for an additional $5! Please select the option at checkout.
Gift messages without the gift box are free.

Please look at the written item description and the drop-down menu of sizes to see measurements (in head circumference inches for adults, and by age for children).
