Are you a shoe manufacturer?
Yes, we produce our own handmade shoes with the brand LUW® where we use high quality faux leather, unique accesories and permenant leather paint for hand drawing illustrations performed by artist Serap Öney.
We also have a custom design line where we can customize our own design shoes as well as Converse Chuck Taylor series.
Custom and personalized orders
Our clients are free to request any kind of customization on our catalogue models. We are also open to create designs from scratch where your imaginary is the limit.
Sizing details
As we are an international manufacturer we have to combine different measurement units into production. Mostly all available sizes are described in product page, however if your size is missing then please don't hesitate to contact us.
Wholesale availability
LUW® is always eager to new collaborations in terms of retail sales as well as wholesale partnerships. We can adjust our production capabilites to satisfy different volume requirements. You can contact directly by writing to shop@seraponey.com and we can discuss how to develop business together.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All our products have an Unique ID Code specified to its users and an Unique ID Card is inserted to original box. Also a hand written message to users name is added on box cover from Serap ONEY. Therefore at your orders please indicate full name of final user if it is a gift.
Express production and shipping are possible?
We provide Express Shipping Service which takes between 3-7 days regarding to your location and also express production may be possible depending on the product and work load. Please inform us before placing your order about your urgencies.
