5 out of 5 starsThe design and embroidery work are lovely. The shirt is a touch bright for orange, but I didn't ask for a different color, so that's on me. Seller is very open and communicative. If you have a brand preference for shirts speak up. If you have questions speak up. I'm very happy with my new Halloween shirt.

3 out of 5 starsI ordered two shirts for my girls birthday. One was wonderful & exactly as I had requested. The other was not. Communication with this seller is poor. While her responses are quick, they are very generic & vague. I checked in twice over the duration, & received very short responses. The issue with my shirt order could have been avoided if she had reached out & explained what I had requested was not available, even though I had messaged her prior to ordering. Turn around time is VERY off. My shipping label was created & not scanned in for 3 days before it was accepted by the post office. She said it is 4-6 weeks, & by delivery it was 8 weeks & 5 days. I do not have time to wait around for a replacement, as I don’t want to be out the shirt & be left waiting, knowing her time frames are not accurate.

The customer requested dark blue glitter on one of the shirts and did not like that the glitter used was not fine glitter, it was chunky glitter. The dark blue glitter I have does not come in fine glitter. I offered to remake the shirt in a different color glitter in which she declined. When the customer ordered she put she needed the shirts by Sept 1, 2020, both shirts were delivered to her mailbox Aug 31, 2020. I believe this review is somewhat unfair as I did use blue glitter as requested, I got the shirts to her by the date she requested, and even offered to remake a beautifully done shirt in which she declined. As far as my communication goes, I responded to every message she sent me within 48 hrs. I am really not sure what more could have been done to please this customer.

2 out of 5 starsWhile the design itself is cute, I do not like the t-shirt used. In the pictures that I saw, I did not see a cheap Gildan t-shirt pictured. This is a very inexpensive shirt that is not of good quality. They fade easily, and my daughter has gotten these as giveaways. I bought this shirt as a gift for a friend's daughter's birthday because she loves dinosaurs. I honestly don't want to give it to her now. But I have to because I had it monogrammed and I can't do anything else with it. I suggest using a better t-shirt, especially for the price paid

Future customers: if you scroll all the way down on the drop down menu and select ruffle shirt, These are boutique brand t-shirts and come in 12m-girls size 10. Youth and Adult sizes only come in Gildan. I am a little disappointed with the review as I do have this info listed on the listing description and I try and be as transparent as possible with this information. I use Gildan so that I can offer the design to all shapes and sizes but I do also offer boutique shirts to customers who prefer this fit you just have to select it during check out and unfortunately this customer did not. Thanks!!

How do your shirts fit?
While I do feel that my shirts run true to size it is always best to consult the size chart. I am happy to send measurements for items upon request. Items cannot be refunded or redone if the incorrect size is ordered, so please be sure to ask if you are unsure.
How should I wash my item?
For best results hand wash and hang dry.
Iron on lowest heat, do not steam. If you need to iron, turn shirt or clothes inside out and press with iron, do not steam and do not iron directly on the embroidery or applique.
When will my items arrive?
Please consult your receipt OR my shop announcement for the current turnaround time.
What is your turnaround?
My turnaround time differs by how many orders I have coming in so Please check my shop announcement OR your receipt for the current turnaround time!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, However you only have 24 hrs after you place your order to cancel it.
