REDUCED SHIPPING IS available for additional items and will show when the items are added to the cart.

Shipping is at the best rates possible, items will usually be shipped within 7 working days, or before unless it is a custom item that requires longer to complete.
Please note during busy times usually October - January this may take longer - All Shadedmoon items are Made to Order. I ship 3 times a week so that I have more time in the studio fulfilling my customers orders.

I always recommend the shipping upgrade for orders to Canada
as parcels are not trackable while transitioning through Canadian
Customs and can take a considerable time to be passed to Canada Post.
AUSTRALIA

Delivery UK
Please note first class post is not a guaranteed service.** In most cases parcels
arrive within 1 to 3 working days but sometimes can take longer. Royal mail
will not consider a parcel to be lost until 15 working days have passed from
the date of posting. If your parcel has not arrived within this time please
let us know and we will aim to sort out the problem.
Items that have not been received by the buyer need to be reported within 15 days
**UK surface Mail is available as 2nd Class Signed For mail - if you select the 1st Class signed for UPGRADE the items generally arrive quicker and an identification number will show the status of your parcel.
My advice is where financially viable signed for UPGRADE option should be taken, you not only can keep track of your item if there is an issue with non-delivery the parcel can be found quicker and issues resolved quicker rather than having to wait the 15 working days before items can be verified as being lost.
Please note If you require next day delivery you will need to contact me for a quote however 'next day delivery' does not speed up order processing times it only refers to shipping, normal processing time is 7 days, so when an item has been made it can be received quicker with this option.

Delivery Worldwide
Unless requested your parcel has been sent via standard Royal Mail ( economy Airmail. There is no tracking service provided with this service**.
My advice is where financially viable the UPGRADE option should be taken it not only provides tracking so that you can see where your item is but another important benefit is that if there is an issue with non-delivery the items can be found much quicker and issues resolved quicker - normal international airmail the customer will need to wait 42 days (six weeks) before items can be verified as being lost

Delivery to Europe usually takes around 7 working days but in some extreme
cases can take up to 30 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world may take around 14 working days or
in rare cases up to 42 days.
Please note since May 2015 Shadedmoon Canadian customers appear to be waiting longer than usual for items to arrive.
International items are not considered missing by Royal Mail until - Europe 20 working days - Rest of the world 25 working days have elapsed
Items that have not been received by the buyer need to be reported within 25 days.

**Please note tracking is not standard on parcels from the UK in order to keep shipping costs down for the customer - however an UPGRADE option is available now at checkout it does incur additional charges from £5.00 extra depending on weight of parcel Thank you :-)

Tracking - A few countries ( Guadeloupe, Macao, Norway, South Africa etc.) do not have facilities for tracking parcels
Where expedite shipping is purchased from these countries items will be sent by 'signed for' service this speeds up travel of your parcel and a barcode is listed this should help in tracing your parcel in the unlikely event it got lost.
CANADIAN Customers purchasing UPGRADE - Canada does not have the facilities to track packages through customs tracking is visible within your parcels movements in the UK until the item leaves the UK then no further information is available until delivery when a signature is required, this is still a better option but in my experience the 5-7 day estimate for delivery is very often exceeded.
Shadedmoon cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect entry of a shipping address, please check that it is correct before ordering

The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

It's the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Suspected mail theft should be reported to the buyer's local post office. Once an item has been marked as DELIVERED by the carrier, the seller is not responsible should that item go missing. I am happy to provide any information needed for police or mail theft reporting.

Additional policies and FAQs

I can make custom adjustments to orders where possible, however at busy times (e.g. The lead up to Christmas, beginning of Autumn season ) it may not be possible to undertake custom orders due to high demand. I no longer take on custom orders for breeds other than Italian Greyhounds.
Please take time to measure your dog accurately, to ensure a good fit if you need tips on how to achieve this please message me, I can send you information also please read all the information about the items you are purchasing and how to use them.
Shadedmoon is not responsible for incorrect use of items. Dogs should not be left unattended in clothing or collars that tighten. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the items for the purpose that they are intended, ensure that they fit correctly and over time to check for signs of wear and tear.

Do not iron
40°C machine wash warm
Fleece fabric clothing, waterproof and faux suede harnesses and cotton collars can all be machine washed at low temperatures - none should be tumble dried - fleece fabrics should not be ironed but can be flat dried or hung to minimise creasing. Great care should be taken when ironing harnesses and collars - a protective cotton fabric or muslin should be placed between the iron and the garment/collar fabric - all webbing should not be touched by the iron as it will melt. Waterproof quilted harnesses are Not suitable to be ironed

Custom and personalised orders

Custom orders are occasionally undertaken for Italian Greyhounds only, but this may not be possible at times of high order numbers, extra charges may apply so customers need to ask questions before purchase. Please note custom orders made to the unique size of your dog are not eligible for return.
