Caroline was very nice. The scarflette was a gift for my grandma, so I asked Caroline to add a simple happy birthday card. I was expecting something written on a paper, and instead she bought a proper happy birthday card! She didn't let me pay for it. She also giftwrapped the scarf. She shipped very quickly... seven days after purchase, the present was in my grandma's hands! I actually haven't seen the scarflette, but my grandma likes it a lot. In conclusion: quick shipment, great communication, great seller. I am very happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate in buying again.
