I ship to your Etsy address. If you wish your item to be sent elsewhere please add a note upon checkout.
I'm using Post.lt registered mail for all orders, every cistomer reiceives a tracking number and it takes around 7 bussiness days in EU and around 10 business days Overseas by registered mail too.
It does included tracking number. All shipped items are insured so you can easily track them.
I do not guarantee arrival of parcels by a certain date.
Please note that I am not responsible for customs fees. It is up to the buyer to pay these and know about their country's policies/regulation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL OF PARCELS BY A CERTAIN DATE. I do my best to send parcels asap, but from the moment your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it arrives.
For International Parcels- please be patient with the shipping, sometimes (thought rarely) parcels can take a bit longer. And if your country's customs choose to hold on a parcel for few days (usually not more than a couple of days) the postal service can't do anything about that.
I highly recommend that you look into your country's customs regulation, and be prepared.
I cannot be responsible for damaged that is caused by shipping companies and/or missing/lost parcels.but as I use registered mail so you can always be more secure with it. You will be responsible for any additional fees.
Even insured, if an item gets lost on it's way to you, please contact me, and I will do my best to try and track it down.
If your parcel is lost and I decide to replace your item, it is your responsibility to pay for the replacement's shipping fees.
