5 out of 5 starsBEAUTIFUL!!! I have an unhealthy addiction to these!! lol. Once I ordered signs for the juice at the shower bubbly bar and they came - I fell in love!!! So cute. I want to label everything in my life with these!! Then I ordered signs that said “gluten free” to place at the spots of people who needed gluten free meals. Everyone was obsessed with them!!! Such a cute touch!!!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Since my items are made to order, lettered by hand, and custom made - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand what is included in the listing. Any specifications outside of what is stated in the item details/description must be discussed prior to purchasing.
You must contact me ASAP if you need to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If I have already started on your order, you may not cancel or receive a full refund. Once a custom stir stick, or escort card order is purchased, you may NOT cancel at ANY time and ALL sales are final.
Policies Part 1
I have a ‘modern calligraphy’ style of writing (bouncy, fun, not all letters are the same size, flowy, freehand, lots of variation). If this is not the writing style you like, you may want to look for another calligraphy shop. If you purchase from my shop, you accept that your item(s) will be written in this style.
Measurements are listed so please check before purchasing. Photos are enlarged to show detail. Since these are handmade items, variations and textures are normal. There will be slight variations in the sizing, coloring, and lettering, from the image in the listing provided.
If you received your item in the mail and it is broken, please contact me immediately. Please include photos of the packaging as well as the broken items.
Policies Part 2
Please make sure your address is accurate. I will be sending your package to the address listed, unless you tell me otherwise at the time of purchase. Also, please make sure that your address is "safe" to receive items. I will not refund your purchase or send a replacement if they attempt to deliver your package or if it has been marked as 'delivered'. It will be your responsibility to contact your local post office or file a police report if you think your package was stolen. If I receive your package back as "return to sender", you must pay for me to reship your item.
Sales tax will be automatically applied to those states who collect it. CA customers must always pay sales tax.
Policies Part 3
Please check the listing to see when your package is set to ship (it can vary between 1-3 business days, 3-5 business days, 1-2 weeks, or 2-3 weeks, depending on the item). Tracking is added to every shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking #, once your order is set to ship. Your package will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (and in some cases, UPS or FedEx).
NOTE: All shipping turnaround times are an estimation, and an actual delivery varies depending on the weather, holidays, and other unknown reasons.
Do you offer local pickups?
I do offer local pickup if you are in the San Diego, CA area. If you've already purchased and want to switch to a local pickup, I can refund your shipping costs once pickup is complete.
