All US orders are shipped standard via USPS First Class mail. If you would prefer quicker delivery, we offer some shipping upgrades for you to choose from when you check out. :)

You will receive your tracking number with your shipping notification. It may take 1-2 business days for your tracking to be updated in the USPS system.

Please note, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order and ship. This is the PRODUCTION time. Once shipped, it could take roughly 5-10 business days for your package to be delivered. This is just an ESTIMATE.

Once it has been sent, we have no control over mail services. There may be delays for various reasons (holidays, vacations, weather). We appreciate your understanding and patience.

All International orders will be processed within 1 - 4 business days and could take from 1 - 4 weeks for DELIVERY depending on the country and postal service.

Please be mindful when adding your shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address, items damaged during shipment or any postal service delays. Unfortunately, these situations are out of our control. If this happens to you, please contact us and we will do our best to help! Feel free to leave me your phone number and/or email address so your national postal service can contact you if necessary.

PLEASE BE AWARE that your national postal service will complete the delivery of your order. We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies and any customs fees are solely the customer's responsibility.

• Earrings are not refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and there will be a 15% restocking fee due to the fact that all of our items are made to order.
• Original shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

• If you didn’t order the correct length and wish to change to a different length, please message us for more details to see how we can help. We do charge a small fee for re-adjusting the lengths.
• Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the items back to you.

• Our vermeil pieces are .925 sterling silver covered in a thick layer of gold 14K or higher.

These metals are fused together creating a lovely, durable and affordable alternative to solid gold that will last for many years with proper care.

• Our sterling silver pieces are high quality .925, which requires polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to shine with a polishing cloth or use a polishing lotion for that extra shine.

• Our 14kt to 18kt Gold-Filled and Rose Gold-Filled jewelry is made by bonding a solid layer of 14kt to 18kt gold or rose gold on top of another metal,
• This layer is 1000 - 10,000 times thicker than gold plating, resulting in a durable, long-lasting product that looks gorgeous like solid gold/rose gold.

• Our plated pieces are made of a layer of gold, silver, or rose gold bonded to brass. They are free of nickel & copper.
• Plated pieces are expected to fade over time. This is completely normal. How fast the pieces fades will depend on your body's chemistry, how often you wear the piece and the activities you do while wearing the piece.

CARE
• To ensure your piece stays sparkly for a long time, remove all jewelry before showering or swimming - any contact with water will tarnish jewelry.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreens or any other chemicals.
• After wearing the piece, it is best to clean it with a dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place.
