Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not provide gift wrapping.
Marking an order as a gift will remove any prices from receipts, but will be packed the same as any other order.
Custom and personalized orders
Posters are able to be customized.
Customizations are limited to changing the colors of an element in the design, i.e. Background, Shoes, Skin, etc.
Please contact me with details regarding the customization you want before ordering.
Digital Copies and Framing
I do not provide digital copies for my work, nor do they come with frames.
All posters are physical, and delivered rolled and unframed.
In Process Orders
An order labelled as "In Process" is unable to be cancelled or changed as it is being printed and shipped by my production partner. This usually occurs within 2-3 business days of placing an order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damage, please send me a message with a photo of the damaged artwork. Please be sure to show the whole poster as well as the damage. Upon confirmation by photo that the art is damaged I will send a replacement free of charge.
If an item never arrives to its destination, I will do my best to track it down else a replacement will be sent free of charge.
Larger orders may be sent in multiple deliveries, please refer to any shipping notifications from Etsy to check if there is more than one tracking number.
