Orders placed for USPS delivery will still be shipped out as soon as possible. Luckily, all items in our shop are ready to ship! We ask for your patience as it may take us a few more days than normal to get things in the mail (5-8 business days instead of our usual 1-3 business days) as well as the USPS may be slower than expected due to demand. If we have any issues with shipping your order, we will contact you directly. Each country has their own VAT/Tax/Tariff. We are not responsible for the countries tax. We cannot accept returns if you choose not to pay this tax locally. Your local post office or government office will collect this tax.

Per Etsy's seller's protection policies, we are not responsible for packages once we hand them over to the USPS. We are not responsible for any issues if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected. Once the package has left our shop it is are literally out of our hands.

If tracking shows it was delivered yet you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to file a claim. If tracking shows that it is currently in transit or lost in transit, please contact your local Post Office for help. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over.
