I always try to make things as thin as possible, to make your scene as realistic and to scale as possible.

Payment
Payment should be received within 5 days after purchase. Please let me know if you need more time. In case of lack of payment after 2 additional days I will try to get in touch with you via Etsy conversationjs. If I get no response from you within two weeks after purchase, the order is cancelled for lack of payment.
The customer is responsible for any duties and custom charges.
Shipping
After payment you will receive a message via Etsy conversation giving you shipping information.
I will ship within a week after received payment, usually much faster. I use first class mail international. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but it usually takes 3-5 days within Europe and 5-10 days to other locations. If you want a registred mail, please tell in advance since there is an additional fee. If you want a registered mail I will send you an invoice of the additional cost via PayPal.
If you do not receive your item within 4 weeks, please contact me. I will try to substitute your order, or you will get a refund minus the shipping cost. In case of a lost registered mail you will get a full refund including shipping.
I will pack your order carefully, but in case of damage please contact me directly! I offer full refund including shipping cost in case of damage.
