Before purchasing the item I was promised it would be shipped to arrive before a specific date. I bought the item only under the condition it would arrive in time. After I made the purchase the item didn't ship for several days. When I inquired about shipment, I was promised it would be overnighted. It was not. It arrived late and was of absolutely no use to me. My requests for a refund were ignored.
