We clean all items we purchase for our shop with soap and water (with the exception of wood, baskets and artwork). We leave all of our items in vintage condition so that the buyer can determine whether or not they choose to polish an item. Silver plated items have tarnish so please see photos for information on item condition.
We include details on item condition in the description as well so we try to be clear about any scratches or marks that the items may have!

We do not offer gift wrapping, but we can add a personalized note if you are buying your item as a gift. Please let me know the message you would like us to include on the card and we can put it in the package. (Please indicate if you would like your gift to have your name included).

We use recycled materials as much as possible to save on cost and reduce waste. If your ordering multiple items, or contains breakables the items may come in two boxes. I will message you and let you know if you should expect multiple boxes in your order.

We try to ship USPS Priority Mail (if shipping cost allows) but we will use Ground Advantage if the shipping cost is more than the payment amount, or unless the buyer has asked for the least expensive shipping option.

We usually ship large orders of multiple items through FED EX Home which does take longer but has been safer for heavier items that we have shipped.

*We always combine shipping for multiple item orders. I will refund the shipping overage when I print your shipping label and message you to tell you the amount that was refunded to your account. If you prefer to know the shipping cost prior to ordering, feel free to message me and let me know the items you wish to order and your zip code so I can weigh and estimate the price.
