Frequently asked questions
When do you ship orders?
Orders placed prior to 3 p.m. CST typically ship the following business day using USPS. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
How do I care for my product(s)?
Follow these general guidelines for items purchased from Studio What Not:
Enamel Pins: Make sure to remove your pin prior to machine or hand washing garments.
Apparel: To prevent fading, turn garment inside out and wash in cold water.
Stickers: Prior to applying your sticker, make sure the area you are applying the sticker to is clean. Carefully remove the white paper backing and apply to the desired surface.
*Please note: While removing the white paper backing on stickers with deeper die cuts (such as our Prairie Llama sticker), make sure to peel slowly and start new areas to pull from. This will help ensure no tears to your uniquely shaped sticker.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Studio What Not does accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive the incorrect item, please contact Studio What Not and we will correct this as soon as possible.
