Do you accept custom orders?
I currently do not accept custom orders. However, if you need a small change to an item already listed in my shop (such as a color or text change) feel free to send me a message to see if I can accommodate your request. Custom changes left in the notes to seller box, without contacting me first, will not be accepted.
My order was damaged in transit, what do I do?
If you find that your order was damaged in transit please send me a message with a photo of the damaged item and I will be happy to work with you on a solution. Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 72 hours from the time the order is marked as delivered by the shipping courier.
Will I receive my order in time for my event?
Most orders are created and given to the shipping courier within 5 business days or less from the time the order is received. The shipping time for your order will depend on the shipping courier and shipping times can vary greatly throughout the year.
Due to this I CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES. No refunds will be given for items not received in time for an event.
Some items are available for shipping upgrades for an additional cost. Please send me a message to discuss these upgrades if you would like to make sure an item arrives in a specified timeframe.
Will I receive a proof of my order before it ships?
Proofs are not sent unless specifically requested. If you would like to request a proof for your order, please leave a note at checkout. Proofs do not cost anything extra and are free of charge.
Please note if a proof is not requested no refunds or replacements will be given for customer spelling errors or if a customer dislikes the colors, fonts, or the way a name looks on the item.
