TM started with a birthday banner.

I was on a time crunch, but I wanted to make something personal to add to the bday corner, something that tied all of my decor and gifts together in his favorite colors. And like any scatterbrained creative...I waited until the last minute to start my project.

So at 11 PM the night before my boyfriend's birthday, I locked myself in the studio. Alone and left with only a handful of my craft things, a few colors of rayon/wool felt and some jute twine, I created my first felt banner, "Happy Birthday Jake." From that humble birthday banner grew an entire product line of party banners and wall hangings, all designed to put a smile on your face. I still create my banners the same way, never cutting corners (har har) or removing the handmade element from them.
