Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation?
Unfortunately, since my items are made to order, I will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes, I do accept commissions! In order to start a commission, please contact me first with the name of what you would like, approximate size, and any reference pictures that would help me with making a pattern and pricing the piece. I will give you a quote based on time I believe it will take to pattern/make the item and the price of materials.
When is payment expected when doing a commission?
Payment is required before I start work on the commission. This is in order to protect myself from buying materials, making the item, and then not being paid after everything is said and done. If you have further questions on this matter, please feel free to contact me.
