When will my order ship?
We strive to promptly ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill that promise, we will contact you the anticipated ship date.
How do I unwrap & hang my juju hat?
Our Juju hat orders will accompany a Juju Hat Care Guide card on how to handle, hang, & care for properly. This is to ensure you have the best experience with your new work of art.
How do I stuff my pillow or pouf?
We recommend to stuff your rug pillows or poufs with fiber fill. If you prefer a firmer pouf, we recommend foam. We will include a stuffing guide with more information with your order.
If I want to return, how will it be processed?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and return within 7 days. We will refund you the item price minus original shipping costs as shipping is always non-refundable. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide us a tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to enforce a restocking fee of 10%, which will be deducted from refund amount. If a package is not reclaimed or attempted to be delivered and is sent back to us or the address was incorrect, original shipping will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will still be enforced. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Returns: In-Person Sales or Sales at Markets are not eligible for returns.
Juju Hat Returns: Juju Hat returns must be returned with a tracking number. The Juju Hat must also be wrapped up with bubble wrap, so they are returned undamaged. If the juju hat is damaged you will be responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping: We offer combined shipping discounts and any shipping overages will be refunded upon shipment. We reserve the right to chose shipping carrier based on what is the overall best option. High-risk addresses will be signature required. Juju hats are sent via Fedex and signature required. Orders over $250 will also be signature required. We do not ship to forwarding address agents, however we do ship international.
