Frequently asked questions

What print material do you use?

We use only the best Giclee Premium Quality Prints. Images for printing are 300 pixels per square inch (recommended for High Resolution), and prints are made with archival, vibrant inks that are lasting and durable.

How long do items take to arrive after an order?

All shipments and orders for prints are made on Tuesdays following an order, unless requested differently. It typically takes 10-14 days for items to arrive.

How are items shipped?

Prints are shipped in an acid free laminate, between cardboard pieces and secured tightly for shipment or in a mailing tube depending on the the print size.

Original works are shipped in boxes to prevent damage to the piece. They are flattened between cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap tightly, and snugly packaged in a box to prevent any damage during transit.

What if I am unhappy with the print quality sent to me?

Contact me within 14 days and I will replace your print free of charge.

Do I have to pay for commissions before I see them?

Although you pay up front, you have to approve of a work before the sale is final. There is a 100% money back guarantee if you aren't happy. I will send you a message through the Custom Order messaging notifying you of the completed work with a picture for approval. Note: this only applies to illustrated taxidermy or pet portraits.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!


Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! Please give 10-14 days following an order for the product to arrive.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
