5 out of 5 starsI like the look and feel of the crochethook, it's lightweight. It's very well crafted, too.

Owner
Originally from the UK I moved to Switzerland in 1996. A keen knitter and seamstress, I always made things as a hobby, something which I find enormously satisfying. I teach at the Craft Room in Basel where I also make goods for sale.

Frequently asked questions
Pick up items in person at the Craft Room
If you are local to Basel and would like to save on shipping costs by picking up your items at the Craft Room, just send me a message and I can give you the code to remove the shipping cost from your order.
Care instructions
Most of my hand dyed yarn, and knitted items made from hand dyed yarn should be carefully hand washed at no more than 30 degrees C. Sock yarn is usually machine washable to 40 deg C, but please look at the individual listing to be sure. Washing instructions are on the yarn label.
It is possible that some dye may bleed out when items are washed the first time. All my dyed yarns are colourfast and thoroughly rinsed, but dark colours especially may still bleed a little when washed - always wash your items carefully and with like colours.
Why no free shipping?
The simple answer is because shipping is not actually free, the post office charges money for that!
The only way I can offer free shipping to you is to increase the prices of my items across the board.
By having paid shipping I can charge you the actual shipping cost - so if you are close to me you will pay less than if you are far away. Essentially - you pay what it costs and that is that. I personally think this is much fairer.
