I've been using this mug for a few weeks now, and it is easily my favorite of my collection. It's the exact perfect size, and the little loop at the top of the handle is perfect for holding a spoon. The craftsmanship is excellent, and it looks even better in real life compared to the pictures. I asked for a different color than what was listed, and the owner happily made the change. She is very nice and responds promptly to messages. The mug arrived very quickly too. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would. Definitely recommend this shop.
