We accept any payments through Paypal or directly though most credit and debit cards.

We love helping you to give us money so you can contact us with your questions or if you encounter any problems with payment! :)

We will dispatch all goodies within five business days, usually within 3, and we'll happily ship anywhere that a postman can reach!

We use normal post or DPD's courier service for orders within the UK and Air Mail for the rest of the world. Tracked shipping option is available at the checkout.

Your items should arrive to you in a week or so, but you know how postal services are sometimes. So please drop us a line if your goodies seem to be delayed and we'll make sure to punish those lazy postmen!

We have rarely orders damaged or lost in the post but if something happens do let us know and we'll do our best to compensate for the rare sadistic postman. :)

Finally, there shouldn't really be any customs charges, but if they happen to pop up in large orders, you will be responsible for them.

We will always ship to your Etsy address if you don't tell us otherwise, so go right ahead and drop us a line after you've made your order if you want them delivered somewhere else or if you are ordering something for a loved one. We love taking part in gifts and surprises!

We will always, always combine as much shipping as we can and we don't make a profit out of p&p costs. Please let us know if you make two or more separate orders that you want them to be combined, in case we miss it and send them separately.

For those who like them or simply the very curious of you. We like curious!

We are very excited with our 3D printed designs collection and it's very fun to be able to offer products that are really on the cutting edge of new technologies. We poured a lot of love into designing every curve of these goodies and we do our best so that you can be as happy as we are with all of them. Please keep the following things in mind though:
The materials used for manufacturing the designs make them suitable for decorative purposes and they are not suited for any other purpose. The designs are not suitable as toys to be given to children. The designs should not come in contact with electricity or food & drinks and should be kept away from heat. Here's some more details about specific materials.

Stainless Steel, bronze-infused: There is an amount of bronze in the stainless steel goodies, as part of the manufacturing process. If you are allergic to bronze, better get a silver version. If it isn't available in the shop, let us know and we can work something out!
Because the amount of bronze varies, due to the creation process, the stainless steel pieces may vary slightly in colour, from an icy-steel type to a more golden-hue steel type. We try to photograph an average colour but there will be some variation from time to time.
Steel can leave a mark on the skin on rare occasions and some types of skin are more susceptible than others. Lots of sweating increases the chances that a mark will be left so take your ring off in the gym. ;)
A good work-around is to apply a transparent nail varnish on the inside of the ring.

Polyamide plastic: This is a very durable type of nylon, very light and comfortable. It is porous, so it will absorb minuscule pollution particles in the air. The white version stains easily but is washable, though will turn yellowish over time if you expose it to direct sunlight. In sunny England (sob sob), We have left white nylon goodies under the sun for months with no visible discolouration. If you live in a sunnier part of the world however... we envy you so much! :P

Finally, if we run out of a specific chain, we may substitute with a similar one without notice.

No animals were hurt in the creation of any of our jewellery and we do not use real bones for casting or reference. We are vegan after all. :)
