I plan on ordering more than one item, can I get a discount?
Each one of our products are original one of a kind pieces that are designed and handmade by us! Please note that all of our prices are marked down as low as we can go without selling ourselves short!

I have a shop and would love to sell your stuff, do you do wholesale?
We do offer wholesale prices please message your email address so we can send you our wholesale price sheet.

Is this the right price for shipping?
The shipping price given to you at checkout is correct for your package type and area. It covers shipping, handling, etsy fees, and credit card fees!

I live in your city but I don't want to pay for shipping, can I meet you somewhere?
Yes! We vend at certain events in the city, meet us there and you can purchase your stuff in person to avoid shipping costs. We post where we will be on our IG and Facebook, just send us a DM with what you want and where you are coming and we will make sure we have it!

I haven't received my order yet/ I never received my order!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages! Once we ship out packages the responsibility shifts to the post office. Every package we send out includes a tracking number. If you haven't gotten it yet you can track its location. If you never received it but it's marked as delivered then it's likely that it was stolen or misplaced by postal worker. To avoid these situations you can order PRIORITY MAIL which includes insurance in addition to tracking. For FIRST CLASS USPS orders we recommend filing a missing uninsured packages claim to make sure this doesn't happen again or best case scenario they find it and deliver it to you! https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
